Mission
The NRSP is committed to eliminating death and injuries on Nigeria road. Our role is to create and support multi-sector road safety partnerships that are engaged with front-line good practice road safety interventions in Nigeria and beyond. We play a role in capacity building and training of road users and engage in advocacy at all levels.

Objectives
To reduce the number of fatalities and serious injuries on Nigeria’s roads through the implementation of data-led best practice road safety interventions
To develop and promote organizational road transportation safety management standards in the private and public sectors through best practice sharing and collaboration amongst the parties
To encourage the participation of other public, private and civil society stakeholders with needs and interests in road safety, both within Nigeria and at regional levels, through the West African Road Safety Association
To encourage various players from the private, public sectors and civil society to participate in, contribute to and promote NRSP activities.
